KOTA’s 2026 Virtual Classes offer professional-level training designed to prepare performers for real-world opportunities in theatre, film, and television. These virtual classes provide access to high-level coaching while making consistent, ongoing training more accessible, without the added time and expense of travel.
Students train under the guidance of bicoastal coach and KOTA founder Laura Luc, whose experience includes Off-Broadway productions and projects with Disney, Netflix, and NBCUniversal. Through personalized coaching and thoughtful guidance, actors strengthen their craft, confidence, and skills.

Acting for the Camera
(Sunday Class)
Dates: Feb 8, 15, 22, March 1 & 8 - 5 weeks
SUNDAY @ 6:30 - 7:30 pm EST (60 min)
Program Tuition: $350
KOTA’s Acting for the Camera class focuses on the skills needed to perform confidently and authentically on camera. Each week, actors will work on scene study, audition technique, and on-camera skills using film and television material. Students will learn how to adjust their performances for the camera, connect truthfully with scene partners, and make strong, specific choices.
Producing a Musical Intensive

KOTA’s Producing a Musical Intensive offers emerging artists a hands-on introduction to the creative and logistical process of producing a musical. Participants will explore the fundamentals of theatrical producing, including budgeting, fundraising, development, marketing, and collaboration with creative teams. Through real-world application and mentorship, students will gain insight into how musicals are built from the ground up, both artistically and financially.
