Who We Are

Kids of the Arts (KOTA) is a New York City–based nonprofit that empowers young performers through high-quality arts education, training, and performance opportunities. Founded by Laura Luc, KOTA helps artists build confidence, leadership, and real-world skills—onstage and beyond. Through professional training, community engagement, and access-focused programming, KOTA supports young people from diverse backgrounds as they grow into creative, capable leaders.
