KOTA’s Artist Development Lab is an invitation-only program for talented young performers prepare for the professional industry, under the guidance of Laura Luc. This personalized three- to six-month program is tailored to each actor and family, with a focus on defining goals, strengthening materials, building confidence, and finding the right representation.
Two-thirds of our participants have already signed with leading agents and managers. Students have also reached final rounds for Broadway, television, and film projects, with several already booking professional work
